Table Top: use 25mm thick melamine fireproof board, easy to clean, waterproof, fireproof, double sides can be flipped to use.

Table Body:
1)Alum-alloy Frame: made of aluminum alloy profile, with surface electrostatic sprayed by epoxy resin power. use GB Ф50 mm±1.0mm round tube as standing legs, the horizontal square tube 32x28±1.0mm as beams, with wall thickness not less than 1.0mm(±0.2mm), the connectors are ABS engineering plastics made, make the assembly seams tight, firm and durable.
2) Cabinet Body(back board, side board, hanging board): made of 16mm thick double veneer melamine boards, all exposed cross-sections are sealed with high quality PVC.
3) Foot Pad: use ABS injection molding foot pads, with adjustable height, can effectively prevent bench body from damp, extending the equipment lifetime

- Teacher(demo) Table 2400*700*850mm modular design, the teacher demo power supply and students' power supply control device can be put in the middle part.
optional: the internal of left/right side is for computer host, DVD, amplifier, center control host, etc.

- Student Table 2400*600*760mm or 1200*600*760mm
each table for 4 students or 2 students; there are reserved holes of book bucket for student stools.

Teacher General Power Supply
1) leakage protection switch, work indicator light use China made high quality products, and 220v AC output sockets (2 or 3-hole socket) use China made high quality products.
2) low voltage AC power supply: 2-30V can be adjustable(2v per gear), rated current 8A( short circuit and overload automatic protection, automatic reset)
3) DC regulated power supply: 1.5-1.8V continuous adjustable, rated current 6A, 18v-24v rated current 3A(short circuit and overload automatic protection, automatic reset), 85 series pointer gauge display.
4) DC large current output: 9V/40A, automatically disconnect in 8 seconds. 5) Teacher socket power supply: 220v AC, load current 10A. 5-hole(or 3-hole dual purpose)AC power socket 1 pc. is built within the middle drawer of the teacher demo table.
A. AC 220v power supply of  the student table is controlled by teacher, each group is controlled by air switch, 4 groups in total, and matched with leakage protection switch.
B: The low-voltage power supply of the student table is uniformly controlled by the teacher, with 2V AC per gear, 15 gears in total. DC can be fine-tuned within the control range.

Student Power Supply
1) AC output: 1.5-16V, adjustable within 8 hears, with ammeter indication, the ammeter precision is not less than 2.5 grade, rated current ≥2A, with overload protection function.
2) DC regulated power supply ouput: output voltage 1.5V, continuous adjustable (precise 2V-24V, 2V per gear, fine tuning 1V), rated current for gear 2V-6V is 6A, gear 8V-12V is 4A, gear 12V-24V is 2A, overload, overcurrent short circuit automatic disconnection protection.
3) Two way  AC 220V voltage output, current 5A, with high sensitive leakage short circuit protection function.
4) Equipped with voltmeter(voltage 3V,15V), ammeter(current 0.6, 3A two gears), sensitive ammeter(±300uA

Both of weight and dimension are big, lab benches, fume hoods or lab cabinets are generally going to be shipped by Sea;
They would be packed in cartons (FCL Sea shipping) or plywood boxes(LCL Sea shipping) in assembled or disassembled state.

Of course they can be shipped by Air or Express if you can accept the shipping cost!
