Polypropylene Laboratory Fume Hood 1500x850x2350mmPP fume hood is made of 8mm thick high quality pure polypropylene board material through integrally welded by the same color welding rod, acid alkali resistance and weather resistance is very good.The upper part adopt top-hood type air exhaust design, guide baffle use the same PP material to make. The lower part use U or T shape strengthening structure, ensuring the whole body firm and stable.Features
Upper Hood
adopts double-layer structure design.
The outer layer and the inner layer are made of 8mm thick high quality pure polypropylene board, after caved bent treatment into whole cabinet, with strong acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance.
- Liner Materials:
The inner side baffles have 2 maintenance windows, can be set with water cock or gas cock, the back baffle can be fixed with guide baffle, the top baffle can be set with lighting and gas collection device.
1. Guide Baffle
use bran-new 8.0mm thick welded PP board to make, with strong acid alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, installed in the back and top of the work space, consists of at least 3 baffles, a gas chamber is formed between the connection between the work space and the exhaust duct to discharge the polluted gases evenly.
the installation size is scientific and reasonable, without airflow dead corner, can get max exhaust gas capture performance.
2. Fixture Clip
Use acid alkali resistant PP material, good anti-corrosion performance, generally azure blue color.
used to combine the guide panel and the hood body, can be disassembled repeatedly.
3. Gas collection Hood
use acid alkali resistant PP material, with strong corrosion resistance, the bottom inlet is rectangle opening, the top outlet is circular opening, with standard air outlet diameter 250mm, can be customized.

Worktop
The worktop is made of 8.0mm thick PP board, integral welding molding with the cabinet body.
Equipped with splash board to prevent liquid from overflowing, good waterproof, acid and alkali resistance.
Other materials can be optional as per customer's requirement.
Base Cabinet
Made of 8mm thick pure polypropylene board, after caved bent treatment into whole cabinet, with strong acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance.
- Door Panel: use folded edge structure, firm, not easy to be deformed, and the overall appearance is elegant.
- Handle: use U type PP handles for laboratory use, with strong corrosion resistance, generally azure blue color.
